The company
DataX Connect have partnered with a leading Irish contractor who are actively seeking a Lead Campus Planner to work on a Hyperscale Data Centre project in West London with a 5 year pipeline of work out there. This is an excellent opportunity to work on high value projects within a stable and rapidly expanding sector.
The role
- As the Lead Planner, you will play an active part in project management, facilitating the planning, scheduling and controlling processes on a Hyperscale data centre project in London.
- Support in client negotiations, and manage/mentor a team of 3 planners on the project.
- Measure and track weekly progress and efficiency with the site team and commercial team.
Could this role be for you?
- 7+ years Planning experience in the construction industry.
- Experience on Data Centre / large infrastructure projects is essential.
- 3rd level qualification in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, Quantity Surveying or strong trades background along with technical ability.
- P6 or Microsoft Projects or equivalent planning software experience.
- Excellent report writing skills.
