Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for a Mobile Multi Skilled M&E Engineer to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation.

We are looking for an Mobile Multi Skilled M&E Engineer who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same.

As the Mobile Multi Skilled M&E Engineer, you will provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.

The Mobile Multi Skilled M&E Engineer, will be responsible for:

• You will be responsible for carrying out modifications and installations when required
• Maintaining, repairing, and calibrating electrical, mechanical and instrumentation plant to optimize both reliability and maintainability.
• You will provide a service that ensures all key performance indicators are met
• Liaise with contractors or external suppliers where required.
• You will also need to complete any required paperwork, produce reports accurately and on a timely basis. 

To be successful for this Mobile Multi Skilled M&E Engineer role you must have:

• Electrical and Plumbing qualifications are a must. 
• The ideal candidate would have appropriate up to date training such as NVQ Level 3 qualification in Engineering Maintenance (multi-discipline)
• Have good knowledge of building Statutory Compliance.
• They will need to be responsible for themselves and others to maintain a safe working environment as per the Health and Safety at Work Act (1974).
• They need to be able to read and understand technical drawings
• Have good problem-solving and decision-making skills and be able to communicate effectively, verbally and written.
