Salary: £70,000 - £80,000 + Car Allowance

Our client is a leading main contractor who hold an abundance of frameworks across the UK supporting critical national infrastructure projects. They have built up a solid reputation over the years which has made them become one of the “go to” names for capital infrastructure spend. With an extremely healthy order book for the foreseeable future, coupled with an already established market presence, this provides the need for a fast-paced, but organised, approach to the high volume of projects on the portfolio. Your Role

This role means responsibility, being the central contact for Asset Management of infrastructure across the Eastern Territory. This could include anything from a bridge repair to an embankment clearance – no day is the same!

With the opportunity to mentor Junior Staff, this allows the opportunity for progression up to the Senior Commercial Level, in a team you’ve personally mentored and know you can trust.

As the Commercial Lead for the Framework, you will be responsible for chairing high level meetings including monthly CVR’s as well as negotiating prices on ‘non contractual’ projects that take place.

You will be a pivotal part of the Framework leadership team working in partnership with the Operations Director, to form a formidable business unit!

Your Experience

Ideally you will come from either a Facilities Management (FM) finance or commercial background or from a traditional civil engineering commercial route across rail, water, and highways with the ability to lead a team and hold successful relationships with multiple stakeholders.
