About the Role: As a Senior Process Engineer, you will be integral to our operations, ensuring short-term targets are met regarding safety, throughput, yield, quality, and cost. You'll apply your technical expertise to optimize plant performance, drive efficiency improvements, and mentor our operations team. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic and challenging environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish effective measurement tools and track performance indicators.
  • Collaborate with production teams and network with engineers to optimize plant operations.
  • Translate business needs into production optimization goals.
  • Lead improvement projects and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Analyze plant data to identify and address constraints.
  • Lead investigations for incidents and participate in hazard identification activities.
  • Line management of production engineers.

Candidate Requirements:
  • Bachelor or Master's degree in Chemical or Process Engineering.
  • Over 5 years of experience supporting large-scale high-hazard plant operations.
  • Knowledge of COMAH regulations is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Root Cause investigation methodologies, Lean manufacturing principles, and Continuous Improvement methodology.
  • Strong technical knowledge of chemical engineering principles.
  • Experience with automated process control systems.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to deliver program improvements.
