Job Title: Multi Skilled Engineer – Commercial Gas Bias

Location: Mobile, North East UK

Salary: Up to £46,000

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Company Overview: We are partnering with a leading facilities management company operating in the North East area, delivering high-quality services across various sectors. They are currently seeking a Multi Skilled Engineer with a Commercial Gas bias to join their dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting planned preventative maintenance (PPM) visits, reactive calls, and remedial repairs on a range of gas appliances including radiant tubes, boilers, water heaters, and gas-fired air handling units.
• Responding to reactive maintenance calls promptly and effectively to ensure minimal downtime for clients.
• Participating in the on-call rotation schedule (1 in 4)
• Collaborating with the team to ensure efficient and safe operation of gas systems.
• Adhering to health and safety regulations and company policies at all times.

Requirements:

• Relevant technical qualifications in commercial gas engineering.
• Electrical or Mechanical qualifications desired.
• Gas Safe registered with extensive experience in commercial gas systems.
• Ideally, experience or willingness to train in F-Gas regulations.
• Proven ability to diagnose and repair a variety of gas appliances efficiently.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
• Full UK driving license.
