£45,000 per annum
Static M&E Supervisor role for someone to manage the ppm's and compliance at a large high profile estate in Burton upon Trent . This role will suit you if you have a track record in hard services maintenance, with knowledge of statutory compliance and health and safety. This is a permanent position paying a basic salary of £45,000 per annum, working Monday - Friday 40 hours per week. The supervisor will also be required to join the call out rota.
Your main duties will include (but not limited to):
The ideal candidate will need to be PC literate, and hold technical qualifications in a building services maintenance trade (electrical/mechanical/HVAC). Experience in a critical/manufacturing/industrial environment would be an advantage for this position.
On offer is a permanent position paying up to £45,000 per annum, 25 days annual leave plus stats, and further training and development opportunities.

- Management of sub-contractors whilst working on site
- Updating and maintaining log books
- Take responsibility for the delivery of pre planned maintenance, supervising both directly employed and sub-contracted labour
- Carrying out risk assessments, issuing permits to work
- Management of the CAFM system to monitor service delivery
- Providing technical advice to engineering team as and when necessary
