Are you interested in being at the leading edge of one of the leading Gas companies in England? The privileged role of a Senior Gas Engineer is to provide the very best service possible, be an ambassador for the company encouraging & promoting excellent performance from your peers and providing and delivering a quality system of work in the areas of gas and plumbing repairs and maintenance.

As a Senior Gas Engineer you are expected to meet the targets set of you to achieve this role, these include, but are not limited to:

• First Time Fix
• Customer Satisfaction
• Cost per Job
• Productivity
• complaint performance.
• Work specific contractual requirements
• Supporting Managers to help achieve team excellence
• Attend Complaint & Multi-visit jobs when required
• Provide feedback/reports where necessary 

You will be the team lead in your team and support your colleagues in all aspects of technical quality. You will be required to coach, mentor, and audit your colleagues to ensure they meet the standards required. You will have manager duties where required(if a manager has a day off or cover).

Gas Engineers will need: 

• CCN1
• CPA1
• CKR1
• HTR1
• CENWAT
• Energy Efficiency
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a qualified Gas engineer.

Desired, but not essential:

• Solar Thermal, Unvented Hot Water, Air Source Heat pumps, Ground Source Heat Pumps,
• OFTEC, HETAS, SSSTS, LPG.
• Auditing – VRQ3

The company operates extensive IT systems and mobile technology. You will be expected to familiarise yourself with the operation of such systems that may be available to you and as used by others, such as tablets and mobile phones.

Hours of operation 8am and 5.30pm Monday to Friday (Breaks of up to 30 minutes each day) 45 hours per week.
