Your role

•Responsible for Multilayer PCB Designing (up to 30 layers PCB) for Space and Satcom payload application.

•Experience in Boards and Design techniques for Space and Satellite PCB designs.

•In-depth knowledge in Layout design and DFM/DFA procedures and varies PCB qualification procedures for Satcom application .

•Experience on IPC standard Package Symbol Creation in Allegro & Expedition.

•Advanced knowledge of constraints and use of the constraint manager. Net, Pin pair and combination-net (Xnets) length matching.

•Experience in Power supply, Analog, Digital and Mixed signal circuit design. Expertise in Satcom payload specific Interface designs.

•Experience in CAM setup, Gerber generation and Gerber checking.

•Ability to supply full set of deliverables for PCB fabrication and Assembly

•Expertise in HDI Technologies (Micro vias, Stacked via, Via-in-Pad & Back drill)

•Memory Technologies DDR, QDR SRAM, RDRAM, SDRAM. Bus/ Interface: CPRI,XAUI ,PCI, PCI-X, SATA, CPRI,USB,

•Good academic credentials and solid base background in the field of PCB Layout Design, hands-on.

•Experience PCB Manufacturing, DFA, DFT Requirements.

•Experience in Customer Interaction, project planning and execution

•Experience on one or many of PCB design Tools specific details-Allegro, Orcad Capture CIS, Mentor Graphics Expedition ,Dx-designer, PADS, Cad Star, Board Station RE, HyperLynx, Valor and CAM 350

Your security clearance 

To be successfully appointed to this role, it is a requirement to obtain Security Check (SC) clearance. ​

To obtain SC clearance, the successful applicant must have resided continuously within the United Kingdom for the last 5 years, along with other criteria and requirements.​
