GTS Group are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Test and Commissioning Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the testing, validation, and commissioning of high voltage DC equipment for electric vehicles. This position requires a hands-on approach, strong technical expertise, and a passion for pushing the boundaries of EV technology.
Key Responsibilities of the Test and Commisioning Engineer:
- Conduct comprehensive testing and commissioning of high voltage DC EV equipment, ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
- Develop and implement test plans, procedures, and protocols for new and existing products.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during the testing and commissioning phases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless integration and functionality of high voltage systems.
- Analyse test data, prepare detailed reports, and provide recommendations for product improvements.
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in EV technology and high voltage systems, and apply this knowledge to enhance testing methodologies.
- Provide technical support and training to customers and field service teams as required.
