Job title: Mobile Maintenance Plumber
Location: Covering London and Essex
Terms: Permanent contract - working hours are (08:00am - 05:00pm) Full time Monday to Friday
Salary/rate: Salary is paying £42,000 depending on qualifications and experience.
Requirements: Mechanical / Plumber Qualifications needed consist of the below -
* City & Guilds/NVQ Level 2/3 in Plumbing
* L8 Legionella Awareness

About the role:
We are looking to take on board a strong maintenance plumber to cover a mixed contract across London and Essex and surrounding areas, they are looking for a reliable engineer to contribute to the team and company, reporting to the Site supervisors of the sites.
Responsibilities: * Ensure that routine PPM is carried out to all plant in accordance with Site task schedules and asset lists.
* Ensure that reactive tasks throughout the sites are completed and be proactive in highlighting areas where improvements can be made.
* Ensure that plant faults and defects are swiftly remedied to always maintain plant in serviceable order.
* Ensure that suitable spares are available to carry out both maintenance and reactive works. To provide parts lists and estimated timescales to carry out remedial works.
* Ensure that all relevant paperwork is completed regarding PPM, reactive and breakdown works and that it is passed without delay to the contract Administrator
* Ensure that Method Statements and Risk Assessments are prepared and used for all tasks undertaken to always ensure safe working practices.
* Ensure the provision of a Safe and Healthy working environment.
* Ensure the professional image of is presented to clients at all times
* Ensure up to date plant logs are always kept.
* Supervising and monitoring of sub-contractors works whilst they are on site undertaking maintenance.
Candidate requirements:
* The ideal candidate is client facing (job activities that involve direct interaction or contact with a client or customer)
* The ideal candidate has bundles of experience leading a team and within the facilities maintenance industry
* Strong building services background
* At least three years' experience in Maintenance plumbing
