We currently have a great opportunity for a Mobile Maintenance Engineer to join an established, privately owned,maintenance provider. The company has been established for 30+ years and has a great working environment which is backed up with a great staff retention rate.
The role will be covering planned and reactive maintenance building services across a portfolio of properties, with the flexibility of solely being based in and around London or with the option of having 1 / 2 days per week being outside central London relative to your location.
Covering commercial and retail properties, the successful engineer can be either Electrically or Mechanically biased with Building Maintenance and HVAC systems experience to be able to work independently.
Duties
- PPM (Planned preventative maintenance) & Reactive maintenance
- Electrical Fault-Finding
- Single & Three Phase Power
- Emergency Lighting
- Fire Alarms
- Tap Temperatures
- Flushing
- Water treatment
- Filters
- Belts
- General Building Services tasks
- City and Guilds / NVQ Qualification in Electrical / Mechanical / HVAC / Plumbing
- Building Services Maintenance experience
- Very Client facing
- Polite and personable
- Self-Motivated
Salary and Benefits
- Monday to Friday 8-5
- £40,000 - £45,000 per annum
