CSA Supervisor

We're looking for a CSA Supervisor to join our client on their current growth with exciting Data Centre projects across Europe, this role is specifically supporting Data Centre work based in Sweden.

This role is paying anywhere up to €85K depending on your experience. You will be working on a 3-week rotational basis with additional benefits covering your pension, solo occupancy accommodation, generous weekly site allowance and much more…

You must be an individual who comes from a previous background of managing day to day site operations, ideally within Data Centres, managing the program to ensure works is completed on time, able to work to engineering drawings and specifications, managing health & safety, managing sub-contractors and carrying out meetings, participating in daily updates and much more…

• Must have previous M&E experience across the construction, structural and architectural industries.
• Must have an EU passport due to this work being in Sweden.
• Must have a qualification relating to construction or similar.
• Ideally looking for someone with experience within Data Centres as the client is a specialist in this industry. Would consider candidates without this experience depending on the rest of your experience.
• A track record of managerial/leadership roles.
• A positive mindset to be able to support ongoing team projects and keep morale high.
