Responsibilities:

  • Programme, set up, and operate CNC machines to produce high-quality components in accordance with project specifications
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to develop efficient machining processes and improve productivity
  • Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to determine the necessary programming requirements
  • Perform routine maintenance and ensure the proper functioning of CNC machines
  • Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during manufacturing operations
  • Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in CNC programming techniques

Essential Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:

  • Proven experience as a CNC Programmer or similar role
  • Proficient in programming and operating CNC machines
  • Strong knowledge of machining processes, cutting tools, and materials
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities
