Our client are a specialist property maintenance company with its Head Office based in Dewsbury, working on a national basis and they are looking to add a well experienced maintenance carpenter/Multi-Skilled Tradesman to be based in the Leicester and surrounding areas.The successful applicant must possess the following skills

·Excellent trade knowledge / workmanship on Reactive Maintenance and Minor Building Works

·Ability to carry out additional trades i.e., multi-skilled ability

·Possess a “can do attitude”

·Good time keeping

·An ability to work on own initiative 

·Good communicator

·Good administration skills

·IT skills use of hand held device
