Role- Supplier Relationship Manager

Location – Amersham or Commutable to Northampton

Work from Home and office

Salary- Negotiable depending upon level of experience

My client is a leading name in the supply of Refrigeration and HVAC equipment to a number of industries from Convenience stores, Public houses/Commercial premises and funeral homes.

Currently looking for someone who can handle the supply chain from Liaising with suppliers, Account management and development, You will be confident negotiating volume deals, discounts and rebates etc.

Essential criteria-

• Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with suppliers and internal teams, at every level within an organisation.
• Be a point of escalation internally for supplier issues, proactively chase responses and provide internal updates.
• Create and maintain a supplier meeting schedule, which should be shared internally.
• Collate and provide suppliers with internal feedback.
• Lead supplier meetings, produce meeting minutes and manage actions.
• Be the main point of contact for day-to-day supplier operations.
• Create and maintain a risk register.
• Manage project plans and development with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Manage the supplier tender recipients list.
• Keep up to date with industry updates and communicate internally.

Experience of working within Refrigeration Engineering would be a distinct advantage but is not essential. This is an excellent opportunity to join a successful company and take ownership of a vital role.
