About your role

• Management responsibility for a Team of Hard Services maintenance professionals.
• Management of a wide variety of sites covering the North West
• Managing the day to day health & safety across the contracts
• Supporting and standing in for the customer on FM issues when needed
• Working with the internal and external stakeholders to ensure conformance to budget
• Working closely with the on site management team and relevant stakeholders to deliver exceptional service levels
• Working to increase the performance of the contract across all areas

About you

• Experience of managing Hard Services FM contracts
• Technically qualified in an electrical or mechanical discipline
• Commercially astute
• Accustomed to leading multi-site contracts
• Excellent H&S and compliance knowledge
• Outstanding stakeholder management skills both internally and externally
• Excellent levels of customer service and a proactive approach to managing any issues

Candidates with IOSH or NEBOSH are highly preferred.

This role is a hybrid role primarily based in Blackburn covering sites across the North West.
