Job Title: Principle Electrical Design Engineer

The Role

• Lead role in the development, design and coordination of electrical engineering services within major tender/bid projects
• Electrical design work during pre-construction stages and during project delivery
• Lead on the coordination of engineering services.
• Ability to design system in the form of calculations, equipment selection and process operation.
• Ensure engineering calculations and drawings meet required robust industry and legal standards.
• Ability to design systems in the form of schematics, calculations, equipment selection, detailed drawings and provide inputs for control operating strategies.

The Candidate

• Must have a minimum of 4 years relevant experience.
• Chartered/Incorporated Engineer status
• Knowledge of MS Office applications.
• Experience using Trimble ProDesign (Amtech)
• Good understanding of the latest edition of the IET wiring regulations.
• Sound knowledge of electrical building services design
