Maintenance Electrician
A leading heating company have key requirements for a lead maintenance electrician to cover North and East London.
As a successful Maintenance Electrician, you will:
- Maintenance Electrician will be conducting general maintenance in domestic properties
- Maintenance Electrician will be completing fire alarm checks, fixing sockets/ switches
- Maintenance Electrician will be on a call out rota roughly 1 in every 10 weeks, £250 per week standby when on call, and £35 per job
- Maintenance Electrician will be conducting fault finding
- Maintenance Electrician will work core hours 08:00-17:00 Monday- Friday
As a successful Maintenance Electrician, you must:
- Maintenance Electrician must have their Level 3 Electrical Installations 18th Edition, Gold card / 2391 is desirable
- Maintenance Electrician will have previous electrical repairs experience in a domestic environment
- Maintenance Electrician will be required to have a full UK clean licence
- Maintenance Electrician will be required to pass a DBS check (Standard check)
- Maintenance Electrician will be in a commutable distance to East/ North London
Maintenance Electrician will be paid up to £50k + Holiday + Package
