Introduction: A leading aerospace company is currently seeking experienced CNC Operators for a 6-month contract, with potential for permanent placement. Weekend days, rotating 3 and 4-day shifts (Thurs-Sun, Fri-Sun).
Competitive salary up to £38,900, contingent on experience.
This job would suit Time Served/Semi-Skilled CNC Machinists proficient in Milling or Turning, looking for a dynamic role within the aerospace sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Adherence to company standards and engineering instructions
- Interpretation of stage drawings and conducting running checks
- Collaborating within a team to enhance processes
- Maintaining high-quality output and product traceability
- Operating CNC machines with no setting or programming involved
- Reading and interpreting customer drawings and safety regulations
- Familiarity with various machine types
