Maintenance Engineer (Mechanical 30%/ Electrical 70%)
Maintenance Engineer in Armathwaite
Our Client are a unique blend, a pioneering FMCG company with ambitions to grow and share their passion. Following a decade of ongoing investment and development they are looking for a Maintenance Engineer (Mechanical & Electrical) to join their team to perform ongoing maintenance planning in the production plant.
Hours
- 12 hour shifts: 4x 0600-1800 then 3x rest days then 4x 1800-0600 then 5 rest day (Continental Shift Pattern)
Salary
- £47,361 per annum basic salary
- Overtime Days Mon-Sat 1.5x rate Sunday & Bank Holiday 2.0x rate
- Realistic on target earnings including overtime +- £50 000 p/annum
Duties
- Planned preventative maintenance on machines
- Reactionary maintenance on machines
- Working with food production and packing machines
- Daily reports to management
- Daily handovers with other Engineers
- Working within a team to maintain line efficiency
Experience
- General manufacturing experience required
- Experience in FMCG environments preferred
- Experience in Food manufacturing preferred
- Conveyer belt and Injection plastics environments highly advantageous
- High work ethic required
