Engineering @ 365 are currently working with a market leader in their respected field, who are recruiting for a Field Service Engineer to cover the North on a permanent basis.

Job Description:

Engineering @365 is recruiting for a leading provider of calibration services, specialising in precision measurement equipment across various industries including manufacturing, healthcare, aerospace, and automotive. They are looking for a Field service engineer to support their business needs on a permanent basis.
 

Key Responsibilities

• Install and commission new calibration equipment at customer facilities, ensuring proper setup, configuration, and integration with existing systems. Troubleshooting, serving, calibrating, and repairing of machinery at clients’ sites.
• Supporting clients with both the installation of machinery accessories as well as new software for machinery.
• Perform repairs and component replacements as necessary to restore equipment functionality and accuracy.
• Liasing with customers addressing concerns promptly, ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the service lifecycle.
• Working with a variety of mechatronic equipment on customer sites.
• Ensuring Paperwork is submitted accurately and on time.
• Support in the production of the Contractors' Proposals.

Requirements:

• Qualifications within an engineering discipline.
• Knowledge of electronic principles.
• Excellent customer facing skills.
• Ability to use software’s such as excel and word.
• Mechanical understanding with the ability to assemble and re assemble equipment.
