We are recruiting for an Electrical Technician to work at a manufacturing site in West Bromwich, B70. This is a permanent job from day one.

The company works on a fixed day shift Monday to Friday completing 40 hours per week, working hours are 8am to 4:30pm. You will receive 33 days holiday per year and have access to a stakeholder pension scheme. Career development will be possible with both internal and external training available.

Key responsibilities for the Electrical Technician:

  • Performing electrical preventative and reactive maintenance tasks in an industrial setting.
  • Installing and modifying electrical plant equipment within industrial facilities.
  • Conducting statutory inspections to ensure regulatory compliance.

Candidate requirements for the Electrical Technician:

  • Level 3 in a practical Mechanical Fitting/Engineering discipline (NVQ, City & Guilds etc.).
  • Ability to use and interpret equipment drawings, manuals, and other technical information.

Hours, pay & benefits for the Mechanical Fitter:

  • 8am-4:30pm Monday-Friday 40 hours per week
