Fabric Engineer

We are currently looking for a Fabric Technician based in Guildford. This is a to join a Private hospital in their expansion and growth. As a Fabric technician you will be responsible for the below.
Work:
Carry out PPMs and Reactive on site
Carpentry/decorating
Unblocking toilets/sinks
Light electrical - Bulb changing
Service and repair of internal fixtures and fittings.
Accurate records of works in progress and completed
- Comply with Health & Safety
Qualifications:
- Any industry qualified in plumbing,electrical or carpentry
