Commercial Gas Engineer – Salary up to £48,000
Trevett Services are working with a regional and reputable Building Services and FM Organisation who are looking to bring on an experienced Commercial Gas Engineer to assist on their new retail contract covering the Manchester area.
This is a full time, permanent role and an excellent opportunity to join an established FM provider.

Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for breakdown, service and maintenance works on a range of commercial and domestic heating systems
- Responsible for minor installation of HAV systems, fault finding and remedial works
- Carry out Planned preventative maintenance on a variety of gas appliances, heating systems and hot & cold water systems
- Diagnose faults on gas boilers, heating systems, hot & cold-water systems and carry out remedial repairs
- Attend emergency gas leaks and make safe as required
Qualifications:
- Be gas safe registered (Essential)
- Hold the relevant gas certifications- CODNCO1, ICPN1, CIGA1, CORT1, TPCP1a (Essential)
- OFTEC accreditation OFT10-101, OFT10-105E, OFT10-600a (Desirable)
- City & Guilds or NVQ in relevant mechanical discipline (or relevant experience)
- Experience of working in a commercial environment
For this full time, permanent role you will receive a salary of up to £48,000 per annum with great additional opportunities.
