Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Legionella Risk Assessor / Water Hygiene Consultant with a Plumbing bias to join our team.

Working primarily in Healthcare, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on various engineering projects with regards water hygiene.

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong technical skills and the ability to effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and requirements with regards water hygiene and plumbing related issues.

- Carry out comprehensive Legionella Risk Assessments for a variety of building types and be able to put forward technical recommendations for improvement.

- Conduct thorough analysis and evaluation of engineering projects

- Develop innovative solutions and recommendations based on industry best practices

- Create detailed engineering reports, including technical drawings and specifications

- Provide technical support and guidance to project teams

- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in water hygiene technology and trends

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution

- Conduct site visits and inspections as needed

- Conduct competency assessments for plumbers and water hygiene technicians

Skills:

- Strong knowledge of Legionella and Pseudomonas control principles and practices

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
