We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join one of the leading food manufacturers in the UK.

Key Responsibilities (not an exhaustive list)

• Presentation of the weekly P&L, KPI’s & monthly board pack to Senior Leadership Teams
• Assist with preparing annual budgets & quarterly reforecasts
• Management and development of the Finance, Sales Admin & IT teams
• Preparing monthly VAT returns, cash flows and CAPEX forecasts
• Maintaining finance system and factory ERP information and related reporting dashboards
• Managing the year-end audit & internal audits

Job Related Experience Required

• Professional Accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
• Bachelors or advanced degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
• Previous experience of FMCG manufacturing (preferably food related)
• Knowledge of Continuous Improvement tools & techniques
• Excellent level of attendance, timekeeping, and problem solving skills

Training Required

• Level 3 in Health & Safety (IOSH or equivalent)
• Group and Site inductions
• Hazards & Near Miss reporting
• Accident Investigation training
• Level 3 in Food Safety (minimum)
