Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Commercial Appliance Engineer with a strong electrical background to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, servicing, and repairing a wide range of commercial kitchen appliances, including ovens, refrigerators, dishwashers, and fryers. They will work closely with our clients to troubleshoot issues, perform preventive maintenance, and ensure all equipment meets safety and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities:

• Install, inspect, and commission commercial kitchen appliances in accordance with manufacturer specifications and industry standards.
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical issues in appliances and perform necessary repairs and adjustments.
• Conduct routine maintenance tasks to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance of equipment.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs and provide technical support and guidance as required.
• Keep accurate records of service calls, maintenance tasks, and parts inventory.
• Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices related to commercial kitchen appliances.

Requirements:

• Strong electrical troubleshooting skills with the ability to read schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing a variety of commercial kitchen appliances, including but not limited to ovens, refrigerators, dishwashers, and fryers.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.

Education and Certifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
