Maintenance Technician
£30,000 to £35,000 - Permanent role
HRGO Recruitment are looking to recruit an experienced Maintenance Technician to join a company located in East London. The responsibilities will include, working alongside the Maintenance Engineer, planning and completing periodic maintenance, new installations and remedial work on day-to-day issues. Ideally applicants will have a wide range of experience in general maintenance work.
Tasks would include:
- Electrical works, to include: investigating and resolving issues with lighting and power outputs, new installations and, running cables.
- Basic Plumbing work: investigating and resolving issues, new installations.
- Light building works, to include: Carpentry, Painting & Decorating.
- Gardening: maintaining external areas.
- Planned and Reactive Tasks.
Ideal Candidate:
- Ideally hold the 18th Edition certificate along with other relevant electrical qualifications
- Experience of working in maintenance.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Experience in general maintenance (5 Years Ideally).
- Self-Motivated.
- Able to effectively communicate with Managers, Customers and others.
- Have a problem-solving attitude.
- Knowledge of relevant Health & Safety Legislation.
