They design and manufacture advanced temperature metrology systems, providing innovative solutions to a wide range of industries, including pharmaceuticals, oil and gas, and research laboratories. With their expertise in temperature measurement and control, they work closely with businesses to ensure precision and reliability in critical applications. Their collaborative approach allows them to meet the unique needs of each sector, delivering top-notch products and services that set industry standards.

Job responsibilities for the UK Sales Manager:

  • Field sales position selling solutions and instruments.
  • Combined blend of new business and account management (Mostly new business)
  • Develop and implement sales strategy in support of business objectives and sales forecast.
  • Maximise sales opportunities, proactively seek avenues for new business and convert these into profitable sales.
  • Work collaboratively and develop relationships with all internal departments Inc procurement, design, and engineering departments.
  • Generate pipeline that leads to closed revenue.
  • Plan, forecast and report upon sales activity within your area against KPIs.

 

Requirements for the UK Sales Manager:

  • Proven track record of billing and developing new business.
  • Strong electrical knowledge and strong industry knowledge
  • Experience in temprature calibration is a plus
  • Able to organise and plan your week accordingly.
  • Experience in account management and maintaining relationships with existing clients.
  • Self-efficient and comfortable to provide solutions to a problem.
