Senior Security Engineer – Project Coordinator

We’re looking for a Security Engineer to join our team in Shrewsbury. This is a pivotal role helping manage and execute our security installations.

The Role

This role is currently fulfilled largely by our Managing Director. As a Senior Security Engineer / Projects Coordinator you will help manage and execute our security installations and maintenance projects. You will be responsible for:

• Leading the creation of detailed technical specifications and as-fitted documentation.
• Overseeing the installation and maintenance of state-of-the-art electronic security systems.
• Ensuring all projects meet our high-quality standards and adhere to industry regulations.
• Working closely with clients to tailor solutions that meet their specific security needs.
• Supporting our engineers during installations and providing guidance where necessary.

Ideal Candidate

• Proven technical expertise in electronic security systems, ideally with a focus on Access Control & Automation.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a meticulous approach to work.
• Strong leadership skills and accountability in managing projects.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused attitude.
