At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for an Operations Coordinator to be a crucial part of our innovative urban mobility team in London. Our client is a pioneering smart mobility provider dedicated to transforming city landscapes with a suite of innovative transportation solutions.


Shift Patterns:

- Monday - Friday 9am-6pm, 5 days split between two locations - Bermondsey and Tottenham

Pay Rates:Up To £14.15/h

As an Operations Lead, you will need to have:

  • 1-3 years of professional work experience; ideally 1+ year of experience within

an Operations position, office management or administrative role

  • Excellent Time management and communication skills
  • Fluent verbal and written English language skills
  • Familiarity in Google Workspace (formerly G Suite)
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to work well under pressure.
  • Strong attention to detail, Aesthetic sensibility and ability to contribute to design decisions.
  • Willingness to learn, a great attitude and ability to work well with others - teamwork is key to success!
  • Flexibility to travel and work from either company's locations (as above)

Role of an Operations Lead:

  • Organize, maintain and track performance records and team documentation
  • Coordinate the procurement process for equipment orders, and office supplies, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in sourcing and delivery.
  • Maintain meticulous records of equipment orders, invoices, and inventory levels to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Collaborates with managers to set procedures, policies, and processes
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to select equipment that aligns with the company's design and aesthetic standards.
  • Identify issues and find creative solutions to overcome obstacles
  • Collect and analyze operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Support with day-to-day operational tasks and Additional adhoc job related tasks as assigned
  • Maintain a positive and proactive attitude in all aspects of the role, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
