We currently offer an exciting opportunities for a BMS Estimator, to join us on our mission to make every home and business premises truly intelligent.

This is a hybrid role between the Beckenham office and remote working with autonomy to manage your own workload and diary.

As BMS Estimator you will also assist the service department with larger remedial quotes and look at streamlining the process to ensure quotes are returned in and efficient manner.

Experience

Essential:

• Previous experience in BMS industry or similar role.
• Excellent understanding of specifications and drawings.

Desirable:

• Ideally 3-5 years working within the BMS industry

Qualifications

Essential:

• Relevant qualifications demonstrate career progression and an ability to develop within previous roles.
• Proven track record of quotations being converted to successful jobs.

Desirable:

• Electrical or mechanical qualifications.
• Trend or similar training.

Personal Circumstances

Essential:

• Possess a full current driving license.
• Permanent right to work in the UK.
• No underlying health issues that would prevent you performing the required duties.

Desirable:

• Live within the M25.
