The Role

As Graduate Sales Estimator, you will prepare commercial tenders from the receipt of enquiry through to final submission, including technical work-up of pricing and liaise with customers to ensure a smooth sales process and ensure timely follow-up on bids tendered:

• Support the external sales team to ensure smooth handover of successful tenders to operations for execution.
• Prepare sales quotations from enquiry receipt to submission and follow up.
• Liaise with Sales Managers regarding bid compilation.
• Complete commercial conditions and other bid clarifications.
• Submit bids through client media systems.
• Support hand-over secured contracts to the execution team in line with company procedures.
• Report all work concisely, accurately and regularly as required by company procedures.
• Maintain accurate records as required by company procedures.
• Improve current tendering resources to improve accuracy, efficiencies and communication internally and to client.

The Candidate

To be considered for the position of Graduate Estimating Engineer, you should be able to demonstrate the following:

• Engineering, Technial or Design related degree.
