Bodyshop Quality Controller Vacancy - Feltham!

• Up To £35,000 Salary Depending On Experience
• Monday To Thursday 8am - 5pm / Fridays 7.30am - 3.45pm
• NO Weekends
• Independent Bodyshop Environment
• Previous Experience Within Bodyshop Quality Control Required

As a Bodyshop Quality Controller, you will work as part of a highly skilled team, and be responsible for reviewing and signing off on the repair of vehicles to manufacturer standards whether it be minor car park damage or a road traffic accident. You will perform the cosmetic checks to panels and paintwork on a range of vehicles, ensuring that the correct levels of repair meet company high standards and manufacturer specifications.

• Up To £35,000 Salary Depending On Experience
• Monday To Thursday 8am - 5pm / Fridays 7.30am - 3.45pm

• Independent Bodyshop Environment
• Previous Experience Within Bodyshop Quality Control Required

Key Responsibilities:

• Visually inspect all vehicles in line with the provided job card.
• Highlight quality issues and liaise with the workshop controller to ensure re-work is delivered in a timely manner.
• Accurately complete all quality control documentation
• Meet Bodyshop set targets.
• Work with the site's receptionist to ensure that all vehicles are returned to customers within the agreed time.
• Maintain awareness of all Health & Safety requirements and lead by example

Skills & Experience:

• Experience of working in the repair industry or motor trade
• Knowledge of the repair process
• Attention to detail
• The confidence to highlight issues constructively and explain the repair process
• Ability to work under pressure and drive high performance in others
