Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Engineer | Swindon | Enjoy a standard 40-hour week, Monday to Friday, working 8am to 5pm | £36,000.00-£45,000.00 per year | Standby requirement

Our client has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and competent Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Engineer, like you, to join their team on a permanent basis. The company provide services specialising in repair, installation and maintenance of air conditioning systems, refrigeration and mechanical services.

Are you the right person for the job?

• At least 5 years experience is preferred
• NVQ2 in Refrigeration or Air Conditioning is required
• F GAS 2079 Certification is required
• Able to work at heights
• Good Health and Safety awareness
• Good communication skills
• Excellent timekeeper
• Experience in multiple technical disciplines

Technical Requirements

• Air Conditioning & Refrigeration experience on a range of equipment
• F Gas Certificate and NVQ2 qualification
• Experience on Air Conditioning and Refrigeration including: -
  • VRF/VRV/Splits/AHU's
  • Walk in Coldrooms
  • Water Chillers
  • Ice Machines

What will your role look like?

• Install, maintain and repair a wide range of AC and Refrigeration equipment, ensuring safe operational functionality and presentation.
• Complete relevant service documentation and provide full diagnostic reports
• Troubleshoot/diagnose and resolve breakdowns on A/C equipment
