Domestic gas engineer  – with view of getting commercial ACS tickets after 2 months -£40k

My client are a privately run heating company who are now seeking a domestic heating engineer who has a keen interest in becoming a commercial gas engineer.

THE COMPANY :

 

•             Private run heating company, running 50 years.

•             18 staff employed directly.

•             Turnover5 million annually

•             Head office based in Kent

•             Provide service e maintenance and breakdown services to their private residential and communal space clients within the property industry

THE JOB

We are currently looking for a junior domestic gas safe engineer, to work alongside our senior commercial gas engineers carrying out service work, breakdowns and installs on the following :
  • HIU Experience (preferred but not essential)
  • LTHW Commercial Heating System Experience
  • General plumbing Experience
  • Minor Electrical Experience
  • Full Driving Licence
 

We have 2x senior engineers and this engineer will work a long side them, helping out etc as well as working on their own over a varied selection of sites and tasks  

We are happy for the right candidate to progress them through their commercial ACS training as well, so there is scope for more money and to become a senior engineer etc.

Working area 30% london and 70% home counties ( Kent, surrey)

THE PACKAGE :

£40k

Small van provided & and expenses float

Working hours 8am to 4.30pm Mon-Fri

20 days holiday + 8 bank holidays

overtime available

ACS commercial training course  after 2 months, paid by company.
