Geomatics Surveyor 

Wiltshire, Devizes (3 days on-site nationally, 2 days from home)

The Opportunity

We are hiring for an established client who has been in operation for almost 30 years. Our client is a specialist Surveying company located in Devizes, Wiltshire. They have considerable experience in measurement, recording, and imaging the as-built world. The majority of the work they carry out is at famous heritage sites, such as national trusts, castles and other exciting and tradional buildings. They have a huge reputation within the heritage sector. If you want to work for more of a relaxed down to earth organisation, this is the role for you. 

Responsibilities 

• Perform survey tasks such as topographic surveys, land surveying, total station operations, dimensional control, setting out, and general surveying.
• Using advanced surveying equipment
• Collecting and analysing data
• Producing accurate measurements and reports

Your Skills and Experience 

• Strong knowledge and experience in Surveying and general surveying tasks
• Proficiency in using surveying equipment & software
• Attention to detail
• Ability to produce accurate measurements and reports
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Member of RICS
• Relevant certifications in Surveying or Geomatics
• Experience in laser scanning and photogrammetry techniques is an advantage.
