Key Responsibilities:

Develop, review, and update HSE policies and procedures to ensure compliance with UK regulations

Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and environmental impact assessments to identify hazards and mitigate risks.

Lead investigations into incidents, accidents, and near misses, and implement corrective and preventive actions.

Ensure the company is compliant with fire regulations 

Maintain compliance with Safety aspects such as Legionella, COSHH, LOLER, PUWER, HAVs.

Ensure the company is kept up to date with UK regulations related to quality, health, safety, and environment.

Ensure that the organization maintains compliance with relevant legal requirements and industry standard

Prepare reports and presentations for management, regulatory agencies, and stakeholders as required.

Evaluate and monitor the QHSE performance of suppliers and contractors.

Ensure that external vendors comply with QHSE requirements and standards.

Develop and deliver QHSE training programs for employees, contractors, and stakeholders to raise awareness and enhance competencies.

Promote a culture of safety, quality, and environmental awareness throughout the organization.

Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains within the QHSE management system.

Implement initiatives to drive continuous improvement in quality, safety, and environmental performance.

Maintain a quality management system by ISO 9001 standards and industry-specific quality frameworks.

Monitor and evaluate quality performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Coordinate internal and external quality audits and follow up on corrective actions.

Quality 

Management of instrument calibration

Assisting with implementation of Quality Standards

Assisting with Third Party Audits

Assisting site Quality related meetings

Skills and Experience: 

Good knowledge of Microsoft programmes is essential.

Able to draft works instructions/ procedures.

IOSH Qualification (H&S)

Internal Auditor

Knowledge of ISO9001
