Job Mission:
- Engage in meticulous inspection and diagnostics of units, setting high standards for acceptance tolerances.
- Deliver actionable feedback to drive effective issue resolution.
- Elevate complex issues for comprehensive trend analysis.
- Execute hands-on inspection and diagnostics of units with precision.
- Ensure prompt reporting of analysis data to the Head of Engineering.
- Analyze warranty returns, claims, and costs to initiate corrective and preventative actions.
- Become the primary technical support resource across internal departments.
- Communicate fault and liability information, paving the way for robust corrective actions.
- Contribute to action plans for enhancing build quality and slashing warranty claims.
- Keep the warranty department in top-notch operational shape.
- Masterfully maintain the calibration system.
- Undertake special projects and actively participate in continuous improvement activities.
- Craft reports that effortlessly convey complex information.
- Desired knowledge of fuel systems and engine applications.
- Proficiency in hydraulic and electromechanical systems.
- Ability to decipher data for insightful root cause analysis.
- GCSE Level A-C, IVQ Technician certificate, BTec first certificate, or an equivalent NVQ level 2 qualification.
