Key Responsibilities:
- Support the GM in leading and managing the Team
- Manage production schedules to meet customer demands and business objectives
- Coordinate equipment maintenance to ensure optimal performance
- Ensure adherence to company procedures including health and safety and quality standards.
- Provide regular reports to the GM on production performance
- Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally
- Prepare sales reports on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis
- Maintain proficiency in company business and IT systems.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Background in Engineering, Quality, or Process Engineering preferred.
- Familiarity with HR policies and man management
