Job Title: Commercial Catering Engineer

Location: London and the Home Counties

Salary: £38,000 - £45,000 per annum

Are you a skilled and experienced Commercial Catering Engineer looking for an exciting opportunity? We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to join our team, covering the vibrant city of London and the surrounding Home Counties. As a Commercial Catering Engineer, you will play a crucial role in servicing and maintaining catering equipment within restaurants and schools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Servicing, maintaining, and repairing commercial catering equipment in various establishments, including restaurants and schools.
• Conducting routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure equipment operates efficiently and safely.
• Diagnosing and resolving technical issues with a range of catering equipment, including ovens, grills, fryers, and refrigeration units.
• Providing excellent customer service by responding promptly to service calls and addressing client concerns professionally.
• Participating in a 1 in 4 weekend call-out rotation to provide support during emergencies.

Requirements:

• Hold Comcats 1-5 certification.
• Proven experience as a Commercial Catering Engineer, with expertise in servicing and repairing catering equipment.
• Full UK driving licence is essential.
• Ability to pass security clearance, as some clients may require background checks.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
