Job Title: Field Service Commercial Laundry Engineer

Location: London and the South East

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled and experienced Field Service Commercial Laundry Engineer to join our team. We are seeking a motivated individual to cover the bustling city of London and the vibrant South East region. As a Field Service Commercial Laundry Engineer, you will be responsible for servicing and maintaining a variety of commercial laundry equipment from different manufacturers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnosing and repairing technical issues with commercial laundry equipment, including washing machines, dryers, and industrial ironers.
• Conducting routine maintenance and servicing to ensure optimal performance and longevity of equipment.
• Providing exceptional customer service by responding promptly to service calls and resolving issues efficiently.
• Communicating effectively with clients to explain the nature of repairs and maintenance required.
• Keeping detailed records of service visits, parts used, and work completed.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a commercial laundry engineer, with knowledge of servicing and repairing laundry equipment from various manufacturers.
• Possession of Laundry Gas certification is essential.
• Strong technical skills and the ability to troubleshoot and diagnose problems accurately.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Full UK driving licence is required.
• Flexibility to work occasional weekends and participate in a call-out rotation.
