Electrical Non Working Supervisor

Company:
£70m group of companies who specialize in mechanical and electrical building services engineering from initial concept and design to installation and ongoing facilities management / maintenance.
The Role:
You will mainly be site based in the Yorkshire region but there is also an upcoming project in Manchester city centre. M&E values can range from £2m to £20m. You will be responsible for supervising electrical building services installations including power, emergency lighting,and lighting for various projects ranging from a hospice ,school ,college and a commercial building new build.
You will be responsible for all electrical elements on site, liaising with the project manager/engineer and the principal contractor.
You will manage the program, submit materials requests as required, ensure safe systems of work, oversee both direct and sub-contract labour and help to ensure the project runs within time and quality constraints.
The Person:
Previous experience of supervising commercial electrical installations at site level. Non-working experience and supervision of trades is essential.
It is essential that you have basic computer skills and can use Microsoft /preferably site Audit Pro.
The Salary:
- Hourly rate of £20.30 / based on 45 hours a week inclusive of travel time.
- Salary above will equate to £47,502 per annum with any added O/T rates on top
