Job Title: Field Service Coffee Engineer

Location: London and Home Counties

Salary: £34,000 - £38,000 per annum

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Field Service Coffee Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Field Service Coffee Engineer, you will be responsible for servicing and repairing a variety of coffee machines, including Traditional Coffee Machines, Bean to Cup Machines, and Espresso Machines. This role involves covering the vibrant city of London and the surrounding Home Counties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnosing and resolving technical issues with a range of coffee machines from different manufacturers.
• Conducting routine maintenance and servicing of coffee equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Providing excellent customer service by responding promptly to service calls and resolving issues efficiently.
• Communicating effectively with customers to explain the nature of repairs and maintenance required.
• Keeping accurate records of service visits, parts used, and work completed.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in servicing and repairing coffee machines, including Traditional Coffee Machines, Bean to Cup Machines, and Espresso Machines.
• Strong technical knowledge of coffee machine mechanics and components.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and diagnose issues efficiently.
• Good communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with customers.
• Flexibility to work occasional weekends and participate in a 1 weekend in 4 call-out rotation.
