Electrical Contracts Manager

Example Recruitment Group is currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established regional property services contractor operating within the local authority sector.
They have a vacancy for an electrical contracts manager to cover the HP and surrounding areas looking after a team of domestic electricians working within housing association properties.
The Role:
- Reporting directly to the Operations Director
- Signing off EICR's
- Supervision and technical support
- Monitor and manage electricians' daily workload.
- Toolbox talks
- Internal safety auditing
- Enforcing company policies and procedures
- Liaising with the client and attending client meetings
Requirements:
- 2 years’ experience withing a managerial role ideally within the local authority sector
- Strong technical skills
- 2391 or 1394/5 electrical testing and inspection qualifications
- Excellent communication skills and problem-solving
- Full UK Driving Licence
The Package:
- 40 hours per week
- Company car, fuel card, and equipment provided.
- Salary: £46,800 per annum
- 20 days holiday (excl. bank holidays)
- Pension Scheme
