Henry Martin Group are partnered with an established principle contractor who are seeking a Planner. This contractor operates across both the public & private sectors, with much of this coming from repeat, long standing clients. Project values range between £20Mil - £100+

As the Planner you will be responsible for fulfilling the complete planning role from project inception to completion. This role involves tenders/preconstruction and live projects. You will be self-autonomous with initial guidance from the Southern Regional Planner and as each region grows be able to develop, mentor and manage a planning team.

Your background will need to include a strong track record in multiple sectors (i.e. Commercial, life science, schools, etc). 

This is a hybrid role, and will give you the opportunity to progress to senior and management level.
