Owen Payne Recruitment are currently recruiting for Press Brake Setter/Operator to work for our prestigious client who are located in the Bilston area.
This is a temporary to permanent position for the right person
Responsibilities and Tasks include:
- Programming Setting and Operating Press Brake and Amada machines and/or Bystronic CNC Brake presses.
- Loading Press Brake and Amada machines and/or Bystronic CNC Brake presses.
- Assisting with Machine Breakdowns
- Read engineering drawings
- Using measuring equipment
- Ensuring the work area is clean, tidy and organized at all times
- Any addition duties as and when required
Candidate Requirements:
- Previous Press Brake Machine Programming, Setting & Operating experience – Essential
- Be familiar with Amada and/or Bystronic CNC Brake presses.
- Able to read and understand drawings
- Must have overhead crane experience
- Be experienced and confident enough work on their own to complete jobs
- Have a good positive “Can Do” attitude
Hours of work:
- Monday – Friday
- Rotating shifts: 5.45am-14.00pm and 14.15am-22.30pm
- Overtime available
Rate of pay:
- £13.80 - £15.62 Per Hour (DOE)
- £11.00 shift allowance on PM shift
