Job Summary:

• You will be carrying out reactive maintenance work within fabrics engineer role.
• Painting, minor decorating, patch work, minor repairs, basic joinery & carpentry, light replacements and changes, furniture re-arrangements, any other general building service maintenance.
• Engaging with the client and ensuring the work is done up to company standard.
• Assist with additional task outside the general fabric core and ensuring that all Health and Safety procedures are followed.  
• Responsible for ceiling tile repairs and replacements.
• Responsible for other building and installation works as required.
• Working with two other multi skilled engineers on site.
