Opportunity to develop a career as a Mechanical Fitter in South-London for a leading hydraulic maintenance business, with fully funded City and Guilds accredited training courses from day 1 and a company van and fuel card.
With a healthy starting salary, this position is a great starting point for someone with a mechanical skill set that wants to specialise in maintaining and repairing hydraulic equipment and assets whilst becoming a valuable member of staff.

Location:
Rochester, Erith, Dartford, Gravesend, Gillingham

Role and Responsibilities

• Fitting and replacing hydraulic hoses onto engineering equipment and machinery
• Cutting hydraulic hoses to specific tolerances
• Developing relationships with clients as and when required
• Adhere to strict health and safety guidelines at all times

The Candidate

• Interested in hands-on, mechanical work
• Open to learning and development opportunities, and willing to fully embrace the training process
• Able to take on board instructions and work safely under supervision

Essential

• Full UK Drivers License
• Strong communication skills
• Comfortable conducting mechanical work, either through employment or as a hobby
• Able to pass a pre-employment Medical and Drug & Alcohol screening process
• Full right to work in the UK

• Previous mechanical work
