Job Summary:
We are looking for experienced Consultants, Managers or Directors with a strong track record in recruitment to join our Manufacturing and Technical brand.

Job Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with the organisation's goals and objectives.
- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
- Candidate Sourcing and Screening: Oversee the sourcing and screening of candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Interviewing and Selection: Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and fit for the roles, ensuring a thorough and fair selection process.
- Negotiation and Offer Management: Negotiate employment terms and conditions with candidates, including salary, benefits, and other terms, while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Market Research and Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to provide insights and recommendations for improving recruitment strategies.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance recruitment efficiency, effectiveness, and candidate experience, leveraging technology, best practices, and feedback.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as hiring managers, HR partners, and senior leadership, to understand their needs and align recruitment efforts with organizational priorities.
- Conflict Resolution: Address any conflicts or issues that arise during the recruitment process, providing timely resolution and maintaining positive relationships with all parties involved.
- Professional Development: Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging trends, and new technologies in recruitment through continuous learning and professional development activities.
Experience and Values:
- At least 5 years operating in a talent/recruitment role
- Driven to be a market leader in the Manufacturing and Technical sector
- A resilient problem solver
- Can work with in a team of experience recruitment consultants
- Experience in manufacturing and technical sectors is advantageous but not essential
